What is inneractive FITCLUB?????????

inneractive FITCLUB is an interval training, life coaching program that was designed to keep you focused, balanced and enjoying life. The idea of inneractive was actually birthed from sitting at the ball fields during my 3 kids practices, desperately wanting to squeeze in a workout where ever I could and a strong desire to make some kind of connection with the other moms on the field.

inneractive FITCLUB is the "Club" for women (mostly women anyway) who want a place to call their own. A place where calendars are slammed with events, where 'diets' aren't the focus, but the way we eat actually makes us healthier without force feeding, where we begin to actually enjoy the workouts because they challenges us, they are really fun AND they get results.

Oh yeah,...sometimes we find ourselves at the bottom of the celephane package of a chocolate coated wafer cookie that tastes like minty goodness and if we mistakenly fall up the stairs, we know it's ok.

It's a place where Christ is the hope that gets us through the day, where we know we can be honest with ourselves, where Spirit, Soul, Body, Finances and Relationships are given the opportunity to thrive and prosper. But if we happen to fail in one area or many all at once, we ask God for help and accept the help when He brings it.


When I became a personal trainer, I realized that I had a higher calling and obligation more than just counting reps and helping someone drop a few pounds.
I've slowly come to understand that one of the reasons many diets fail is because we don't get to the root of why we can't get a handle on our eating issues, our obsessive compulsions to be thin and our mismanaged use of exercise. I hope this video sparks something in you to find your greatest potential.

Just wanted to encourage all you ladies to keep up the great work! I'm going on my 2nd month of consistently working out 2 hrs a day, 5 days a week and I feel so much better.
